A4 Digital Booklet
An A4 booklet should be done in color, documenting the heritage building. Support the information using photos, notes, and diagrams as evidence.
A1 Augmented Reality Poster
The poster should include Augmented Reality (AR) by using the Augmented Reality Apps.
TASK:
To initiate our A4 digital booklet project, the leader delegated research tasks to each of us. We individually selected a topic, gathered information online or from books, and organized it in Google Docs.
We set up the information in an organized way, beginning with a cover page and different sections to make it easy for readers. Also, we added topic pages before each section so that readers can quickly understand what's in each part just by looking at the topic page.
We hung our large poster (A1 size) on the wall of the lecture hall. This way, we demonstrated our Augmented Reality (AR) project to our lecturers and tutors through Blippar. We had already created a QR code in advance, allowing tutors to scan it and view the results of our A1 Augmented Reality Poster.
Reflecting on the entire project, from initial challenges to successful completion, it's evident that the journey was both demanding and rewarding. The collective effort taught us not only architectural concepts but also valuable lessons in teamwork, time management, and problem-solving.
Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills:
Navigating the complexities of our architecture project demanded a blend of creativity and analytical thinking. We brainstormed ideas, addressed design challenges, and honed our critical thinking skills to integrate augmented reality into our poster. This process enhanced our ability to tackle complex problems and find innovative solutions, essential skills in architecture.
Communication Skills:
Effective communication was paramount throughout the project. Collaborating with friends and new team members required clear communication to share ideas, clarify concepts, and ensure everyone was on the same page. This experience improved our communication skills, proving vital for both project success and personal growth.
Interpersonal Skills:
Dealing with diverse personalities within the group underscored the importance of understanding and respecting different viewpoints. Navigating interpersonal dynamics positively impacted our ability to work collaboratively, fostering a more harmonious team environment.
